Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with original tags attached. All clearance/sale items are final sale. All sale are final for specialty, custom, or personalized items. It is highly recommended to check all size charts, and read all information regarding a product before you purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours of receiving the item. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Item must have original tags and be unworn.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please include your packing slip within your returned package.
